INVOICING
DEPARTMENTAL INVOICING
Customers who would like to place an order using Net 30 invoicing must email Thecommandboard@gmail.com with the subject line: INVOICE ORDER
The email must include:
- The exact item(s) they would like to order
- Quantity of each item
- A complete shipping address (No PO Boxes)
- The department billing address
- The appropriate billing/accounts payable email address where the invoice should be sent
Invoices will only be issued to departments, municipalities/cities, or established accounts payable offices. We will not issue invoices to residential or personal billing addresses.
All invoices are Net 30 from the date the order ships. Any invoice remaining unpaid 30 days after shipment will be subject to a 25% late fee.
